Sports tickets, the key to adrenaline-fuelled experiences, have a rich history. From handwritten tickets in the early days of football, hockey and tennis, they have evolved into sophisticated documents with holographic security features. As digitisation progresses, tickets are becoming increasingly electronic, often stored directly on our phones. Yet collectors around the world are still looking for historic paper tickets that represent not only access to the game, but also a piece of sporting history.
