Original postcard from the 1962 World Ski Championships in Zakopane, Poland. A rare period document from a major sporting event bearing the official FIS (International Ski Federation) stamp. The postcard was actually used at the time of the championships (February 18-25, 1962) and contains the original text and special postmark of the championships, the stamp has been removed.
