Thank you for visiting the FANzone website, specialized in historical sports items. Let me start with a few remarks:
- Condition. In the vast majority of cases, these are historical, archival, items made in the past. It is therefore safe to assume that these are not new items, and as a rule their condition corresponds to that. This is briefly described for each object (very good, good, solid, signs of use, soiled...). This is a subjective view, so each customer may have a different idea of the condition. Please observe the photos, which will tell you a lot. If you have any questions, please write to: FANzone@fanzone.cz.
- Prices are based on supply and demand for individual items. Prices may vary for the same or similar archival items, as the purchase price may also vary from case to case. Our price is the price excluding VAT, VAT is the tax you pay to the government on each item you purchase. The vendor is only a short-term administrator of this tax and administers it for the state free of charge.
- Payment. You can use a variety of payment methods. Payment is made by: credit card, online transfer, bank transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery. If the card company happens to fail to make a payment, you will receive a notification and an advance invoice for the bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments.
- Shipping. We offer various options for transportation to you. Courier services, parcel services and personal collection. You will receive all instructions for each shipping method in your confirmation emails.
- Communication. We consider email FANzone@ fanzone.cz to be optimal, we are not always able to communicate immediately by phone, as well as on chat. Thanks for your understanding.
